This black and white gingham check ribbon has a fun twist – it s covered in clear glitter!  The ribbon is a sugary delight for Easter and Christmas candy projects, but also magically mystical in Halloween wreaths.   The sparkles are on one side, but the fabric itself looks identical on the front and back sides.
